Just wanted to let you know (in case you didn't recognize the email) that you recently (well, July-ish) did an inspection for me. Unfortunately that deal went south, but I have found another house now that I am really excited about. My new realtor suggested another company, but I told him I was very happy with your inspection before and hence the re-contact. See you next Friday. Thank you for the quick turnaround. This is an excellent report. We are very impressed with the quality and detail you have provided. The easy-to-follow format is most appreciated; and thanks for offering specific recommendations for fixing some of the problem areas. We Love Our New Home ! Linda Morris
Keven, thank you so much for handling the inspection in my absence. Your report seemed very thorough and I was amazed at how quickly you were able to post it on the web. You and your company offer a great service.
Thank you so very much for going over the house. The sellers repaired most everything I asked for so I feel very good about buying this house. There are not to many home inspectors that would have done such a great job. Once again thank you.
Hey Keven, Most homes sold today in the Carolina's are inspected; Unfortunately 85% of Carolina home inspectors appear to be blind when it comes to knowing what to look for during a home inspection. The reason for this is by taking a few classes; passing the associates exam anyone can obtain a home inspectors license. Many of these associates are out in the field without being proper supervised? There is no requirement that an associate inspector has ever even been inside a house. What this means to you, the home buyer, is that in many cases you are more qualified to perform the inspection on the house you are buying than the good old boy inspector with the cheap inspection prices and the immediate availability. One of the major reasons for a home inspection is to avoid a money pit, just make sure your inspector knows what one looks like. Beware of the Blind Home Inspector !
